Pricing
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for products, shipping and handling. Despite our best efforts to keep our pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is incorrect. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time and will always contact you to confirm any change before your order is charged and shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.

Availability/Backorders
We make every effort to ensure that we always have stock on hand. Pellet and Hammer Mills are made to order by the factory and will require 6-8 weeks for delivery. You will be updated (via telephone or email) on the status of your order and the expected delivery date. A 33% deposit is required for all equipment and special orders, and is non-refundable.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa, American Express and Discover. Your business check, money order, or Personal check will be acceptable. All merchandise will ship after funds have cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Purchasing by Phone
 You can order any products via phone. Our sales representatives are ready to assist you Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST Shipping & Handling We ship products to the United States. International orders are not currently accepted. Orders generally ship via LCL freight. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for orders to ship. Multiple item orders will be shipped together. However, if any item is placed on backorder, items in stock may be shipped separately.
