Hammer Mill Screens

Replacement Screens are a necessary part of keeping your hammer mill running effectively. Use our top grade 1/2" and 1" mesh for use on cardboard.

Solid Carbide Ream Letter "B" (.238)

Use of a reamer to remove burrs and imperfections from your die will save you lots of time and frustration. Whe dies are machined, small ridges are left after tooling which will cause most biomass to clog when being pressed through the die, especially sawdust. Make your life easier and stop punching out your clogged die! Ream it!

Comes in 3 different sizes:
Letter "B" (.238), .239 and .240

It is suggested that you ream your die at least two times: once with the .238 reamer and then again .001 over with a .239 reamer. This way you'll have nice clean die holes and no clogging.

Replacement Roller Bearings

Upgrade to double sided / sealed bearings. (These are sold individually.)

Gear Reducer

If you're coming up a little short on power when your mill gets hot and really want to make good hard pellets, then here's your answer. This unit will turn your 3:1 gearbox ratio to 5.75:1. The 1 3/16" diameter shaft is 1 1/2" long. Couple between input shaft and motor pulley.

Dies and Rollers

Dies and Rollers are made from hardened steel and come in ¼" (6mm) sizes. Hardened steel shaft is included.
